I normally take about an ounce a day of Silver Lightning, which is 5 ppm. If I get exposed to anything, or start catching anything, I take 2 or 3 ounces twice a day for a day or two, that includes tick bites. And I also put the CS on the bite itself. Marshall donna2...@aol.com wrote: > Marsha
