Hi, if there any *real* case in any SIP core (i.e: IMS) in which a user could
have a URI with parameters?
Usually it doesn't occur as any network/provider users have an identifier
like:
- sip:al...@domain.org
- tel:+12345678
However I wonder if there is a real case in which users have param

Hi,
Say, UAS doesn't have any endpoint configured and will not be able to handle
calls. In this case, should the UAS send a 4xx response, say 408 timeout, when
it receives OPTIONS request, or is it better to ignore the incoming OPTIONS
request and not send any response to it?
