It is an optional header; thus you don't need to include it. Additionally
see RFC 3261 section 20.41 concerning security exposure and making
configurable.

Also, the media address(es) can change during the dialog if a new SDP

Packet 6 from UE -INVITE---PCSCF
Time difference between both the INVITE is only 1
