I hope UA1 is UAC and UA3 is UAS.

Why should UAS send INVITE to UAC? Either offer or answer will be send to UAC
in response to INVITE that was originated by UAC. Did you meant something else?

It seems that someway or other, billing depends on BYE request at the end of
call to determine the call duration. How shall we determine call duration in
following case:

SIP is not "designed" for billing. Also billing is too much complex
and wide to try to explain it

tely means terminating the session? If you are sure to
terminate the session soon, why to send answer in ACK? Shouldn't UAS
consider that ACK has never been received and UAS send BYE rather than UAC?
I know the questions are multifolds rather twisted a lot, please try to
anwer my queries.
