Hi all,
Is it OK if the proxy forwards the received invite with multiple via headers
of its own inserted?
For example:
The received invite is this:
INVITE sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] SIP/2.0
Call-Id: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Contact: sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Content-Length:
as per RFC 3261, every proxy adds a Via header inserting its

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the exact difference between the SIP- reinvite, UPDATE
method and OPTIONS method? And the situations where each method is used and
preferable over the other methods?
Thank You,

Hi all,
We have two proxies.. Both are working fine independently..all the UAs can
register to each proxy and am able to make calls among the UAs registered to
the same proxy. I now need to test a situation like the one below:
,
Try to configure proxy in OBP mode, so that the request will forward
from one proxy to another.
Regards,
Senthil.
