Hi Pranab,
In this scenario, if B is not answering the call ... after a timeout, A
will send a CANCEL message to B to cancel the pending INVITE request and B
will respond with 200|OK. Then B will respond with a 487|Request Terminated and
A will ACK it to tear down the call.

I think you have read RFC 2833(actually this is claimed as obselete but good
to read for knowledge)/4733/4734. And guess you want to know the application
of DTMF in the context of a SIP phone because i think i saw your quey in Sip
Communicator.
