ezuce is testing out new tool for tracking all engineering work. This
is not a replacement for sipfoundry's jira. tool we're using has jira
integration we just have not set it up yet because we're still testing

correct. openuc is different. ezuce will have to handle openuc's vm
expiration separately.

At the same time there is a cron job missing in my system (I think).
Unless there is a new method I am not aware of to do this (i.e. sipxagent
or new sip
condrestart only restarts the service if it is running. nofork (I think) as
opposed to fork: threads are faster and less memory intensive on a system.
forks are used to copy the process/variables into own memory space and run
"independently" which is good for troubleshooting (nofork). reload/force

should be deleted automatically in 7days
