Directed pickup should work however. Call pickup groups would be a
'nice to have' but usually isn't a deal killer for users.
Some of the other things we can work around (such as no such thing as a
circular hunt group).

Why don't you put the PBX on its own VLan, you can set the devices on
that network to have a different firewall as a default gateway. Also,
then your DHCP / DNS are separate from the Windows environment and thus
you are not defendant on the Windows services to keep your phone system
running...

I'm setting up a weekly backup job on my SipX server which is completely
seperate from sipxconfig. It already backs up all the major Linux
config files, but I just wanted to check with you guys which SipX
specific directories ought to be included as well. The way I see it, I

When i call to another BG operator 0035989xxx directly thru ITSP, i get
again "Temporary unavailable" message on the softphone. Or i get only
ringing in softphone, but not on the other
Hi,

external/internet then the iirc, the default port configured is 5080.

I think that found out the problem.
It looks to me that the real problem was not properly created dial plan.
I have typed 0035988 as PSTN prefix, but i cannot get it working this
way. I typed this numbers as Long Distance preffix and checked PSTN
preffix to be optional and now the phone in the oth
Hi,
There was this old problem with Snom 300 phones and forwarding to
external numbers. To recap: there was a Snom 300 phone which was
forwarded to an external number (a number reachable by a Cisco gateway).
The call ended up in voicemail, instead of being forwarded.
Now I had a bit of time and i

Dear sipXecs Users, Experts and Developers,
I stood up my first sipXecs machine a little over a month ago (build
4.0.0-015321) and after about a week of on and off tinkering, I pretty much
have everything working. This particular server happens to have two NIC's
in it, and before I thorou

thanks for your very quick response, it is much appreciated.
Thanks also for pointing out the log files, where I could confirm that the
INVITE from the provider really goes to the SipXbridge.
The cause of the problem was that I had disabled the AutoAttendant Dial P
