This is probably due to Audiocodes answer supervision. You probably need to turn your volumes (gains) up in the audiocodes so the Audiocodes will detect the call has been answered. go way up and then ease back down until you don't have echo or voice cutouts. Josh Patten Assistant Network Admin

The issue I had with wildcard SSL was that phone provisioning and setting voicemail greeting weren't working due to the web SSL cert not matching the domain name. I never had issue calling the gateways. Try disabling then re-enabling the gateway. All else fails, remove the gateway and add it u
