I just set the timer to a really big number so it isn't a factor. I'm
using 57600 which is about 16 hours. Should be enough :-)

Actually, the caller id is comprised of a pstn number and @(itsp's sip
server's ip address). Interestingly enough, snom, both m3 and 370,
knows how to deal with it.

Why does the itsp send a uri as caller id? I have never had a itsp send
caller id in that way for normal calls.
