4 digit dial plan, can dial AA, then dial ALMOST any other 4 digit
extension, user, alias, huntgroup, etc.
HOWEVER, have another AA, called 'conference', with extension 3806.
when I dial 3806 from inside, I get our conference AA when I dial that
extension from outside (after AA answers), I get
There is a bit of a delay on 4.4 for at least 2 of the following reasons:
1.) Switch from using OBS to mock for building rpms

upgraded to 4.2.0 using yum.
while manually switching out Christmas moh, saw a big blinking red file.

Thank you all. Finally, I solved the problem - it was due to not having
postgresql-odbc driver installed on my machine.
