OK
Updated the AudioCodes to 6.00A.038.004
Followed the upgrade steps on the wiki and ran into this:
[root@openuc ~]# yum update -y
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: mirror.cogentco.com
* extras: mirror.us.leaseweb.net
* updates: pubm
The standard order:
G722
PCMU
PCMA
speex
L16
If it had speex at top, someone monkeyed with it. Throw out a banana and
see who picks it up.

What sipx version? What phone? Is g822 a preferred codec (order list)?
What you should expect: If you phone negotiates G722 with the IVR (4.4) it
will say HD on it (depending on the phone). You can leave yourself a
message and play it bac
You need to import the intermediate into the Certificate Authorities
section.

Hello all,
My SipX i set up to use HD, as described in the wiki. The conference and
phone-phone conversations are HD. But, the voicemail and other IVR functions
won't be HD. According to freeswitch CLI this talks to me in Speex. The audio
files are 16000 Hz, so in the log I also see that the re

Hi,
the old acd system of sipxecs supported different answer modes (circular,
linear, longest idle, ring all).
As far as I know OpenACD works Circular with Wrap-up time etc.
Is OpenACD able to behave like the old acd system configured with answer
mode “Ring all” (one incoming call, all phones
