Ranga, Is the newest jsip version included in sipx 4.6? We are unsure if we can upgrade jsip without doing a full inhouse test first.That will take a little time. Do you have any suggestions what we can do or how we can troubleshoot this more before we update jsip? I dont want to tell customer

Yes, if this isn't your own internal system you might want to use 4.4.0 for a production customer install. Sounds like 4.6.0 is solid enough to install an instance and start putting it through some testing. I’ll try to get a system up and see how things go.

Faaah... I had one extra line break at the top of the file... threw the whole parser off... stupid thing. It's working now. I've re-skinned the UI using only CSS (sort of to see if I could do it). No more background PNGs for the gradient fill (all done with CSS gradient fills), no more PNGs

If Polycom, Snom, and others work with MWI then if Aastra is following RFC spec then theirs should to. The only way you would know is to get a trace of both a Polycom and an Aastra SUBSCRIBEing to the server and see what the differences are in the signalling. Going line by line through the SIP

The authorization is handles by the proxy server. It has been suggested that you provide this information. Do wiki has instructions on submitting a sip trace which would probably help your cause tremendously. Providing a couple of lines out of been almost irrelevant log file really does nothing
