Agents signed-in using sipXpresence (xml-rpc,calling to *88 or using
the web ui) are not being reflected in ACD (queue-statistics) even
when they are displayed as signed-in in the Agent-status.

Trying to sign-in to a queue in the distribued acd server using
XML-RPC is not working, the server returns a SUCCESS response but the
user don´t appear signed-in in the "ACD Agent Availability". Sign-in
