I deactivated all dial-rules except the one "forward all digits to gateway"-
Gateway is connected as I can receive incoming calls just fine.
So I tested again with DEBUG level on.

For incoming /outgoing.
First, configured the gateway, then SBC / sipxbridge.
Then dialplan.
Then extension with the corresponding alias.
Incoming calls work perfectly, everything great.
But outgoing does not work.

When I forward the incoming calls from the sipxbridge
To an extension-alias (ex. 2000) it works well.
However, in later use every extension is getting a complete
