Unfortunately I have seen this in a 4.0.4 to 4.2 upgrade.
I was asked for a snapshot of the system, but didn't produce it
because the pain was to much for me and I had already made my own
shortcut around it.
I did both a backup (for good measure) and export. In my export file I
removed superadmin

continue." when we try to add a new user. Below are the corresponding entries
from the sipxconfig.log.
Everything else seems to eb working fine, any ideas what is causing this?
