Is inbound fax to email support sipxecs 4.4 dependent on SipXecs-Bridge.
I have tested and am getting connection but no fax tone.
It works perfectly when directed at a trunk using sipxecs-bridge

It works for us with both PRI and SIPTRUNK.
Your provider or gateway must be capable of sending t.38 or g.711 and
allowing a reinvite to t.38.
You have neglected to indicate HOW the faxes are coming to sipx. You might
consider running a fs_cli in debug and looking at the sofia.log for this,
