I am able to log in with only the sipxpage.properties Failing to complete.
Do you know if this one is a deal killer? And how to get it started if it is.

https://192.168.10.2:8443/sipxconfig SHOULD be changed to
:8443/sipxconf

I have a complete SVN installation NIC were set properly in the first place and
