Hello, Karel phones are essentially Yealinks. We have up-to-date yealink plugin ( https://github.com/siplabs/sipxyealink) with whatever open license (now GPL) you need to include it to the build. We are ready to maintain and improve it. Also we are working on Panasonic SIP phones, jitsi and VOP

We would love to have their phones supported as well. We've tried to help them get setup with sipXecs for them to work on the templates. I believe they still have a couple firmware issues that they have been unable to resolve with Karel to my knowledge. All of those plugins would be welcome!
