No. It should be mastered at whatever level you want it to play. With the
exception of changing the gain on an analog gateway, there are no digital
functions to change the volume except at the handset.

volume control so we could take a loud MOH and easily adjust it.
On sipx, it looks like we have to upload the wav into a audio program,
and 'play with it' a lot!.
is there an easier way on sipx to do this?
