For the fxo guard time it's probably just informative. That setting is
controlled in Advanced Applications >> FXO Settings

I would keep a copy of the current AC config. Upgrade to 5.6 and let sipx
generate a config and it it does not work a line by line compare will be the
best first step.
I don;t mess with the AC's, i prefer another that i find works well for me.
