So far, so good, but I've only been on just under the week so far.
They were a tad annoyed with my comments {:-), but I think they were

It seems to me that they have a pretty good prices service, apart from
the setup worries, and I believe you can provide your own adsl modem.
So its down to stability and cost

This just came across my desk as a possible solution to samba + win
problems. in short, make windows talk unix rather than trying to get
unix to talk windows. certainly seems like a good idea - plugins exist
to auth your windows box against ldap, sam and mysql, among others.

I'm having a problem un-installing rpms and building from source.
I have RH 8.0 installed and a few weeks ago did a force install and now
I think I have screwed my rpm db, I have tried rebuilding it but I
still get errors on building source and removing rpms.
Anyone got an idea on how to fix it

A checksum algorithm based spam system (eg vipul's razor) could be
modified to work with checksums of only the recognized words in an email.

A couple of questions.
Has anyone used Blackmagic RIP server software with Linux? I have just installed it
(has a redhat rpm) and was surprised to see it created a user with no password and set
up with a /bin/bash shell.
Also, how is linux with firewire printers (epson1c)?
