I'd want steer clear of Dodo if you want adequate support. There is a practical side on how they manage to keep bargain basement prices. Personally, I have to recommend Internode. They tend to deliver on their promises. FWIW, no ISP (or other organisation) is perfect IMHO. All the best, Raphael
