type 'mount' in a terminal and look for filesystems.
One of them will be low - < 200MB or even less of space.
One possibility is '/boot', which is where kernel initramfs' are built
and saved. These can add up to quite a bit of space.

Yes, it's a slight derivation of the script we used at LCA2007, which
uses ffmpeg2theora. It's worked well for us so far. If there's a
problem, I suspect it's with the installed copy of ffmpeg2theora.
