I have seen some similar behavior recently. I tried to get debugging,
but was unsuccessful.
Phone was deadly low on power (2 days in suspend), would not boot.
Plugged it directly to the wall. After a few hours, it revived and
booted on it's own.
When I finally went to use it, noticed a few
