I am trying to retrieve SMS messages from my Option Icon 452 USB GSM
Modem through SMSLib, and when I do I received "WaitCommEven: Error
31" over and over again in my log files from Apache Tomcat.
The USB Modem is connected directly to the PC's USB Port (I have tried
