Thanks, Sam. I had tried it without success. I have tried it again, using both dragging and copy/paste. The image size(bottom right hand corner) is set to actual size, it appears correctly if received in emailers other than Apple Mail. Changing the image size makes no difference. I am using Mail

Hi All, I am trying to send emails with a photo embedded in the text using Apple Mail (greetings card with a home photo). Whether sending or receiving it invariably turns into an icon. I have done tests using Thunderbird, Outlook Express and Entourage and in all of them the photo remains as a
