Well I've updated my iPhone 4S, iPad and ATV2 all over the air and so far so good. Battery life on the phone seems to be slightly improved, I've got a fairly intensive background monitor app that eats through %s an hour that doesn't seem to have done so this far. And 3G can still be turned off.

I've followed the instructions Chris provided on calibrating battery (MBP late 2009) as I was getting a Service Battery warning; however it's made no difference. I'm on 409 battery cycles and the battery seems to be behaving normally. The laptop is home based and vary rarely off the mains for long
