Well I've updated my iPhone 4S, iPad and ATV2 all over the air and so far so good. Battery life on the phone seems to be slightly improved, I've got a fairly intensive background monitor app that eats through %s an hour that doesn't seem to have done so this far. And 3G can still be turned off.
