my iMac running 10.6.8.1 I can combine 2 pdfs and then Save as a new document,
that doesn't so far seem to work in Lion.

A MacinTouch reader highlighted that Preview in Lion doesn't have active links
in PDF documents. I checked this by 'printing' some different sources - web
pages, emails, etc. - to PDF and viewing in Preview and sure enough the links
