Thanks for volunteering. I have a perl script from another project that should help
me do the update, then a mass commit. Before that, however, I have to consolidate
some uncommitted changes from a pair of my old machines. The changes were made when
the code was in CVS as /xml-soap instead of
sn> but I am not creating any distributions until I have updated the
sn> Apache license.
I presume this means the boilerplate at the top of each source file
needs updating? If so, is this something that some crew of hearty,

is Apache-Soap or any other Soap-implementation able to broadcast Messages
to a certain bunch of Clients, or is this not included in the phylosophy of
the SOAP-Protocol?
