[RCSE] Carbon Fiber interference

Trying to isolate a RX problem. 555 RX (channel 20), getting violent and constant glitching (enough to strip a couple of servos) with the TX off but not when it's on. Traded two modules in and out. Seems a little worse with one than the other but happens to both. Anyone ever have this problem?
