Use your heat gun and heat moderately from the top skin. Pull gently on the
servo as you do this. If it is really in there you may have to route a
channel around the servo so you can twist the servo as you heat the epoxy.

Get some thin ply (1/16 or so) and cut a piece that will fit alongside the
servo on the arm side. The idea is to get it big enough to use as a backing
