I have a heavy duty winch for my sailplanes. Normally I would use a deep cycle/marine type battery. I want to start using the new gel celled batteries such as the Optima Batteries http://www.optimabatteries.com/ I can't tell you how many times I have tipped over a regular acid battery and had all
