The best thing I've come across is to place little blocks in the wing either
side of the shaft to prevent lateral play, but allow the little bit of
vertical play needed to avoid binding during deflection. In the last blocks
put in I first faced them with some colored plastic sheet I had so they

at REI. It is the largest (longest) carrier available,

$ 400.00 carrier OUTRAGIOUS
why not pick up a piece of 20 Low Head PVE pipe and two 20 end caps then
throw in two Thredded U Bolts w/ nuts washers your done I bet that's
under $50.00 bucks.

Its a class of scam called a "phish", there are quite a lot around.
Two things to lookout for..
1) The don't address you by nameanything "Dear User" is suspect.
