It runs on 115VAC drawing a rated 1.7A.
It has a vacuum gage and bleed valve to make setting

When I run it and block the hose the gage indicates 22" Hg.

I use 40mm and clam up to 65mm. I also have a long drum to help keep the
dia lower for longer. I usually use the clamshells unless the wind is
blowing fairly heavily and then I will go to the 40mm. I don't fly enough to
