I love my Pike Superior and have been flying it for 2 yrs. But it's really hard to find a molded X-tail, with a strong wing below 10 oz wing loading (the Escape is at 9.4) and especially that can be ballasted. Most of the Super Lites have no ballast tube and say to be cautious about strong
