Mr Belknap spent about 1/2 hour on the phone with me discussing custom battery configurations for my Ellipse 4 and electric Escape/Ellipse. He was able to make batteries with a much larger capacity I thought was possible for the planes. Definitely a class act. Mike Las Vegas, NV On
