Pay the money and get it over with. The manuals are lousy, but by the time you get some 240 pages copied you will wish you had bought the manuals instead. You may as well get the memory card at the same time. The first time you try to change programs and lose everything you will wish you had it.

I have questions about the Multiplex Profi mc 3030 Tx set. Can crystals be changed in the transmitter as needed? Will the radio work with Airtronic and Futaba receivers? Is it PCM or PPM? Does it have a fail safe mode? Is there a place that I can find out more about the functions of the radio

I have heard this caution before and wonder where it comes from. Myself and several flyer at our field (Northern Calif) have carried cell phones for over a year, while flying and have never experienced any problem. I use a Vision with a rubber ducky. One flyer has a Futaba and another a JR. Not on
