When I was upgrading from my 783, I would have been all over a 9303 if it
was available at that time. The sliders on the side, 30 model memories,
easy to use menu system on the thumb "cricket" wheel, digital trims... I
would have jumped right over 8103
I recently bought a JR 9303 and have been flying it on 2 planes,
including a full house one. I am a longtime Stylus flyer, but have
owned an 8103 too.
The 9303 is very well suited to almost anything you want to do with a
competition glider.

8103 to the 9303. I am trying to decide if I want to spend the money for
the 9303.
