My usual place to get CF strips for spars is Aerospace Composite Products http://www.acp-composites.com/acp-gp.htm Good prices excellent service. But The Composite Store has more on the thinner side http://www.cstsales.com/carbon_plate.html I've kept the link, but have not ever ordered from them.
