We are all sad at the loss of Butchie. He was one wonderful
dog/companion/friend. Mary, Maddy, Torrey and I send our deepest condolences to
you at this sad news. Like we talked last week, he will for ever be a fixture
at the LSF Nat's. I can see him now ordering a hotdog from the vendor

Butch was the most amazing and intellignet dog that was ever put on the face of
this earth. How else could you explain his ability to train 80+ soaring
pilots, noted for being the most independent bunch, to feed and scatch him at
his desire.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Johnny Berlin.
