I remember installing a servo tray which slid in a groove in both my
Graupner Cirrus and my old Slope Windward. I had to switch both the Rx and
servos, Thermal flying in the AM, and slope flying in the PM. Now I have
alot of old servos and thank goodness I can still use them in planes.
Geez,
When I started out in college flying TD gliders (built up puppies mind you) I had to
swap out batteries, servos and receivers! And that was just a few years ago. Money
was always (and now quite a bit) tight. I have now given in to my addiction and have
5 fully built and ready to go ai
I remember. Good ol' Kraft and noisy glow planes. I owned an R/C plane
before I could drive. Heck, I think my first kiss was with that old Sig
Kadet.

Remember the day when you only had ONE receiver and ONE airplane? Then you got
a SECOND airplane and had to swap receivers! Ahhh, the good ol' days. May they
never return!
