Yes There are many sources of this material. What you are asking for is a fibreglas/epoxy laminate. It is used for circuit boards for all kinds of electronics. You can purchase sheets from plastic suppliers in your area, look in the yellow pages. Or, look for a business that makes printed

I make my own horns from carbon laminate. Use slow CA glue to laminate as many layers that you need. Glass laminate will take out your jigsaw blade in one minute. Carbon laminate will not kill your saw that fast. A laminated carbon horn will also outlast your sailplane. . RCSE-List
