I can add a bit of bike knowledge to this discussion. The part used in a
winch retriever is a bike hub. And as was previously mentioned, the
wrenches ideal for servicing a bike hub are call cone wrenches. They are

You got it right, the only thing different, is the hub on the web page
listed in your message has extra deep flanges where the spokes hook in. I
would think if something with less diameter to the hub could not be found,
by the guy with the question on where to get them, they could
