I am not sure what you are asking. But if you are concerned that a ham on
your channel elsewhere in the country can cause interference, I don't think
you have anything to worry about. You just need to be concerned about what
channels people are on at your flying site.

Wouldn't a Ham operating on your frequency "clobber" you regardless of
whether you have a double conversion Rx?
