I was thinking the winddancer, but its a bit high for me... and its 3 meters... The reason I want it relatively small and light is because there is a field in my residential neighborhood that I could fly a floater in, but should something go awry I would want any crash damage to anyone else to be

Cliff, I think the A-7 had internal stores so there's plenty of room to care some spare planes and clothes. It's a carrier aircraft so you don't need much of an airport. Just get someone to set up a couple of upstarts, approach across them, and use the arrestor hook. You could use upstarts for
