Body match move is one of the most painful things to do and requires lots of
expertise so you should get some expert help and consider a very serious
planning on you shoot.
I am about to do a job like the one you describe and we are aiming to use
equaliser which still today is the most powerful
I only use blender to export stuff, so I'm oblivious to its power.
Does it poses the power to track(mocap) an actor's head and shoulder
movement in a moving camera shot?

Randomize nodes with integers are weird, we always use on scalar values and
a floor node to get proper values.
Also you can put explorer on sorting to none (creation), check the groups
to have the same order, if they don't you can use the reorder tool instead
of recreating the groups.
