Hi,
I need to track a live action face. I've dabbled with the ple of PF Track.
Any thoughts on this. I don't need anything complex as all I need to do is
match a mask onto the face as it moves.
Thanks
Chris

Hey Chris,
You can either hand track it in maya, providing you have a camera track,
(unless it’s a static camera)
Or,
You my best choice would be using 3DEqualizer. It’d give you a much much better
track.
I’ve always used PFTrack, but ever since getting into 3DE, I prefer it over
PFTrack.
Ok thanks. I probably only have two or three short shots so I don’t
particularly want to spend too much on this. But it has to do the job. I’ll
take a look.

Sure,
Alternative try Geotracker for nuke if the Maya route doesn’t suite you.
Supposed to be good and reasonably priced?

I’m thinking more the Softimage route :-D

Hey don’t want to hijack Laurence’s thread, but extending his questions,
I’m also interested in applying to some UK companies on the next months.
What are the chances of having a sponsored work permit these days? I mean,
of course it will depend on many factors like open positions,
recomendations,
