Actually, what we have in 3.0 for Softimage is Progressive Rendering,
not RT. It's similar, but not quite the same.

As far as I know the RedShift boys are working on the volumes (or going
to do so soon) and I definitely plan to get in touch with them before

crossgrades, I'd like to share this here too.
We've decided that cross-grades from V-Ray for SI to V-Ray for Modo will
also be free.

No, unfortunately RT integration is not there, but the progressive
sampler somewhat alleviates that.

My biggest issue with chaos is
This is the kind of thing that made me think VRay team deserves a lot of
respect and attention… who would have adventure to invest time in a product
like XSI that has been discontinued?
