The link is correct, that's where they are suppose to be -- the
problem seems to be that buildingthe javadocs is currently broken
When i run "ant javadoc" locally i'm getting a bunch of warnings a
about messing it up. I certainly won't object if any other
committers want to do it.

yeah ... the one other little thing is making the links point at
"api/index.html" istead of "api/" so that the local links
